Work update after a long hiatus!

Drifting Turbines(ShootEmUpGame) Preview A game I coded with Unity for one of my University assignments. A simple shoot em up game themed on realistic and gradually turning into an alien powered airplane.  How it works: I coded the airplanes aim to follow the mouse but with a delay to resemble air resistance much like an actual plane. It constantly moves forward like an airplane flying in the air guided by the mouse. Enemies are made to spawn randomly within a certain X and Y of the boss enemy which will then also shoot randomly. You may notice there's a huge red box outside the circle. That means out of combat zone or in this scenario I suppose alien conquered territory. Going there instantly kills you. Skills and Hp bar: You start off with just the Drift Mechanic which allows for a burst of speed and quicker turning speed. Most skills and your hp have a radial bar around them which indicates if its usable(for skills) or your max HP. Boss: The bo

Developer Portfolio  Skills I have or shall learn within 3 years of study in University. Leadership - Have been team leader for 2 board game projects: Apothecalypse, Sucks to be you! (yes it's a game name) Balancing - Checked out the balancing for card skills to make sure it doesn't break the balance. Troubleshooting - Assessed the problem based on feedback by players and by our own research and figured out a solution to it Making unique mechanics based on something that already exists such as Alien Path where they made a match 3 game but with the goal being not to match them all but rather completing an alien by evolving it when you match 3 of the same element.  This image belongs to Appxplore and I am using this as nothing more than just a placeholder. About me

Even though I made this game development journal, I have not yet been employed nor do I have the qualifications to be hired yet. Which is why I am currently undertaking the Bachelors of Game Development (Hons) course at KDU University College Utropolis in order to be qualified to call myself at least a beginner game developer.
